1. Oral Presentation

If your paper is selected for a oral presentation, please refer to the conference schedule (www.apkass2024.com) for your presentation time. Prepare your PPT in advance and submit it to the conference projection room at least half a day before your presentation. Ensure you accurately manage your presentation time. Please carefully prepare your PPT in advance to ensure the content is clear, complete, and concise.

* Slide Note

1)      Please use Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 or 2010 version (.ppt) or (.pptx) to create your slides.

2)      If your slides include videos, please ensure the video files are in WMV or AVI format and that the file size is within 500MB. If the video file is too large, please compress it in advance.

2. Poster Presentation

If your paper is selected for a poster presentation, please prepare an E-poster in PPT format and submit it online.

a)     E-Poster Submission Process: Log in with your registered account and password, go to "My Dashboard", click on "Submission Management", then click "Upload", and finally click "select & upload"

b)    Format: .ppt or .pptx

c)     Number of Pages for E-Poster: No more than 1 page

d)    File Size: No more than 5MB

* E-poster Note:

1)      The use of official PPT template is obligatory. The posters which did not use template will not be accepted by the poster review board.

2)      Deadline for online submission of E-poster: 25 September, 2024

Warm reminder: Representatives whose submissions have been accepted, please register and make the payment before August 31th.

Reminder

If your abstract is accepted either oral or E-poster, please be sure to register for the conference. Abstract of delegates who have not registered and paid will not be published. Due to the shortage of housing, delegates who need accommodation are requested to make reservations in advance according to the method announced on the website. Without reservation, accommodation cannot be guaranteed. For details, please refer to the conference website (www.apkass2024.com).
